3F351 Module 2: Programs, Projects, Processes, & Facilitation: Lesson 3 & 4

In this lesson, you will learn about objective based planning to include Program Objectives and Milestones (PO&M), developing Courses of Action (COA), and be exposed to Project Management 101.  We will then transition and learn tips and tricks to execute COAs and/or projects with an introduction and advanced application of change management.
