Module 9: LIVE Facilitator Prerequisites

As a LIVE facilitator, you will need to be aware of your own biases, and foster psychological safety to help LIVE participants engage in difficult conversations. This part of the journey consists of video courses that explain the fundamentals of unconscious bias, difficult conversations, and psychological safety. After the video courses, you will use scenario-based AI simulations to practice applying communication skills in difficult conversations.
