As a Religious Affairs superintendent, you are expected to practice problem solving, strategic thinking, and critical thinking when assessing how ready the Chaplain Corps is to accomplish our capabilities when faced with various crisis situations.
The team may face these situations while they are at home station or in a deployed environment. Wherever the team is operating, they need to be prepared to inspire the readiness of Airmen and Guardians through the Department of the Air Force (DAF) Chaplain Corps core capabilities of religious accommodation, spiritual fitness, and leadership advisement.
